When you use Vitala (the “Service”), you agree to follow these rules. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Using the Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use Vitala. If you are younger than 13, you need a parent or guardian to help and watch you while using it.
2.2 Your Account:
You are responsible for keeping your password safe. You are also responsible for anything done with your account.
2.3 What You Cannot Do:
Do not use Vitala in a way that is illegal or harmful. For example:
- Do not copy or steal content.
- Do not send spam.
- Do not try to break into other accounts or the system.
3. Content and Ownership
3.1 Your Content:
You own anything you create on Vitala (like mind maps or comments). But by posting it, you allow us to show and share it if needed.
3.2 Vitala’s Content:
The design and tools in Vitala are protected by law. You must not copy or change them without written permission from us.
4. Paid Plans and Billing
4.1 Payment Info:
If you pay for a premium plan, you must give correct payment details. You allow us to charge your card or account for the plan.
4.2 Cancelling and Refunds:
You can cancel your plan any time. We do not give refunds for unused time or features.
5. Closing Your Account
Vitala can close or stop your account at any time, with or without warning.
6. No Guarantees and Limited Liability
6.1 No Guarantees:
We provide Vitala “as is.” We do not promise that it will always work perfectly.
6.2 Limited Responsibility:
We are not responsible for any problems or losses you may have while using Vitala.
7. Changes to These Rules
We can change these rules at any time. If you keep using Vitala after changes, it means you agree to the new rules.
8. Governing Law
These rules follow the laws of Singapore.
